"As I was exiting the building on my own terms, the bouncer hostilely informed me that I could not take my glass of water outside. I was visibly annoyed with his tone but immediately complied, putting the glass down. Does this exchange warrant your employee deliberately following me outside to throw aforementioned glass of water onto me? Is that an appropriate response to have when an unthreatening individual has already removed themselves?"
"He charged towards me, putting his hands on my chest. When I told him not to touch me, he proceeded to push me to the ground. My housemate asked the same bouncer if he could explain what transpired. While admitting to his actions, he called me a "stupid c*nt with no redeeming qualities". When she asked for his name, he threw her to the ground near the exit."
A patron attempted to exit with a glass of water and complied with a bouncer's instruction, yet the bouncer followed and escalated by throwing the glass. The bouncer then charged, grabbed, and pushed a patron to the ground and later threw a housemate near the exit while using abusive language. Multiple failures in security occurred as other customers escalated violence, including a cigarette being extinguished on a hand and two women punching the patron. The security guard misled patrons about an alleged ejection and did not intervene to prevent further violence, leaving the sidewalk unsafe.
