Enoch Burke may initiate a legal challenge against the Disciplinary Appeals Panel (DAP) which is examining whether Wilson's Hospital School was correct to dismiss him. Mr Burke lodged a number of objections to how last month's hearing was conducted. A judge ordered that the jailed schoolteacher be brought from Mountjoy Prison to the Central Office of the High Court so he may, if he wishes, commence action against the DAP. The DAP review centers on the validity of the school's decision to sack him. Any court action could affect the outcome of the dismissal review.
