Josman Romero-Delgado, 24, was sentenced to four months in federal prison and three years of supervised release for bank fraud and mail theft. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges in November 2025. Between June 2023 and February 2024, he and eight co-conspirators stole checks from USPS boxes, altered them, and deposited them fraudulently. The group, known as the 'Mission Hill Gang,' was charged in August 2024. Romero-Delgado was ordered to pay $39,157 in restitution and was linked to the scheme through cell phone evidence and social media posts.
