A man allowed to graze his horses on fields near a popular Dublin Mountains amenity was ordered by a judge to vacate the land after a dispute with the owner. The High Court found that tree surgeon Sean Davis installed camouflaged cameras on the property without permission. The court further heard that Davis sent screenshots of the landowner's daughter to the daughter, causing her to feel harassed and intimidated. The judge awarded €9,000 in damages against Davis in response to the conduct and invasion of privacy.
