Adam Hall, 43, was sentenced to life imprisonment for deliberately infecting sexual partners with HIV and raping some of them. His victims, aged from 15 to their late 20s, were unaware of his HIV positive status. The court heard emotional victim impact statements detailing the devastating consequences of Hall's actions. One victim, infected at 15, described the moment he learned of his diagnosis as life-shattering, expressing feelings of anger, devastation, and a sense of having his life stripped away.
