"It seems that old photos of me performing #burlesque in Manhattan have been published by trash like the Daily Mail & presented as if they're part of the #EpsteinFiles - WTF!?!"
"He also called the inclusion of his photos a seeming "ridiculous, despicable" attempt at peddling anti-queer rage-bait and threatened possible legal action against the parties responsible."
Tigger-James Ferguson appears among photos published in a partial release of Epstein-related files. The images of Ferguson were taken from a nearly 20-year-old public burlesque performance of his Lily La Tigresse act at a now-closed Manhattan restaurant. Ferguson disavowed any involvement with Epstein, called the inclusion a "ridiculous, despicable" attempt at peddling anti-queer rage-bait, and threatened possible legal action. Ferguson learned of his appearance after friends alerted him and posted about the misuse on Facebook. The Daily Mail's published recap included numerous well-known figures, and Congress members have accused the Department of Justice of a cover-up and threatened consequences for defying the bipartisan law requiring full release of files.
