Adam Hall, 43, was sentenced to life imprisonment for raping and intentionally infecting seven young men with HIV. He is the second person in the UK convicted of such actions. The victims included a 15-year-old and others in their late teens and early 20s. Hall targeted vulnerable individuals through bars and dating apps. He showed no remorse during the trial and refused to attend his sentencing. Authorities believe there may be more victims and are urging them to come forward.
