Production for season three of Interview with the Vampire has started, although a release date has not been announced. The series, based on Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles, features Louis de Pointe du Lac recounting his life story to journalist Daniel Molloy. Following the conclusion of a well-received second season, which depicted complicated relationships among characters, showrunner Rolin Jones indicated there are unresolved plotlines. Fans reacted enthusiastically to a post announcing production, demonstrating strong emotional investment in the series and its characters, particularly the dynamics between Louis, Lestat, and Armand.
