Don Lemon posted a Valentine's Day TikTok declaring his love for his husband, Tim Malone. Viewers compared Malone to Frank Farmer, the protective character from the 1992 film The Bodyguard, after footage showed Malone leading Lemon through a crowd following Lemon's January 30 release from federal custody. Federal agents arrested Lemon on charges related to his in-person coverage of a January 18 protest against Immigration and Customs Enforcement at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. Lemon said he waited until age 58 and, after dating Malone five years, married him on April 6, 2024.
