Walters Plaxen Group relocated its seven-person team and inventory to Sotheby's International Realty, operating from Sotheby's Beverly Hills and Miami offices. The team recorded more than $220 million in Los Angeles sales this year and has career sales exceeding $1 billion. Sotheby's has recently recruited other large teams, including Ernie Carswell's 15-person group. Sotheby's global brand and tools are presented as attracting top professionals who need market nuance, global wealth anticipation, and mentorship. Walters Plaxen cited the brokerage's global ecosystem and expanding wealth across continents, and moved licenses to access new markets and high-net-worth clients. Team members include Brooke Enwere, Christian Garcia, Yona Lador, Necole Hilbert and Milan Ciro, with recent transactions including a $53 million Brentwood purchase and a $32 million Donhill sale.
