Sotheby's lands sales contract for Reuben Brothers on Park Elm, Fairmont Century Plaza

"The Go Group, which is led by Neyshia Go and based in Beverly Hills, is now exclusively marketing Park Elm, in addition to the Fairmont Residences at the mixed-use project. The twin, 44-story towers comprising Park Elm total 268 units. The north tower, currently open for sales, has between 60-70 units available. Once that nears sell-out status, the south side will open for sales, according to Go."

"Units are priced from roughly $2.5 million to over $20 million. On a per-square-foot basis, that's around $1,700 to $3,000. The $2.5 billion, six-acre Century Plaza consists of the residential towers in addition to the recently renovated 400-room Fairmont Century Plaza hotel. The hotel property includes 63 branded residences and 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The Reuben Brothers' snapped up the property through a $1 billion foreclosure in 2023 from the project's original developer, Michael Rosenfeld."
