Parkview Terrace Club, developed by Gibraltar Community Builders, is the largest multifamily complex in San Bernardino County, featuring 558 one- and two-bedroom units across 40 acres in Redlands. The property includes recreational facilities such as tennis courts, three swimming pools, and a 5,000-square-foot executive clubhouse with a weight room, tanning rooms, spas, and game room. About 180 apartments have been preleased. Adjacent to the complex, a 10-acre municipal park is under development through a public-private partnership, featuring jogging trails, playgrounds, and a natural amphitheater. Gibraltar Community Builders contributed over $200,000 and expertise to the park project. Units range from 642 to 1,116 square feet with rents from $450 to $690 monthly.
