Movers: The Agency poaches Justin Alexander from Hilton Hilton
"The latest exit out of Beverly Hills brokerage Hilton Hilton is Justin Alexander, who packed up his business and most of his team to head to The Agency. Alexander, along with Tab Howard and Jeremy Lingvall, are now based out of The Agency's Beverly Hills office. Doris Tan, who was previously on Alexander's team remains, with Hilton Hilton as one of three agents the others being Conrad Hilton and Jack Shulruff at the brokerage led by chair Rick Hilton."
"Alexander's exit follows the September departure of Hilton Hilton co-founders and co-CEOs Barron N. Hilton and his wife Tessa Hilton, who struck a deal with Compass to bring their business to the brokerage's Beverly Hills and Palm Beach offices. The couple said in a joint statement to The Real Deal at the time that their departure from Hilton Hilton was a strategic move for themselves and clients for long-term success in an increasingly competitive market."
"With over 12 years working alongside Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland, I'm deeply grateful for our long history together, Alexander said in a statement. Despite that history, Alexander said The Agency's Aspen office makes sense as he and his family spend more time in Colorado. Meanwhile, The Agency's Beverly Hills office allows him and his team to continue their work locally, particularly given the $1.8 billion netted in career sales."
