Robert Beyer, co-owner of the Milwaukee Brewers, has significantly cut the price of his Los Angeles estate by $20 million, now listed just under $55 million after nearly two years on the market. Originally built by Beyer and his wife on a 3.5-acre lot, this eight-bedroom, 14-bathroom Mediterranean-style home was completed in 2005, featuring materials imported from Spain. With their children grown, Beyer expressed that the couple could no longer justify the property's upkeep, as it offers more space than they require now.
"I think a large, happy home with extensive grounds is like a fast car and it deserves to be 'driven' often."
"By 2023, Beyer said that he and his wife were no longer making enough use of the home to justify keeping it, explaining that their four kids had all grown up and moved out."
