Matt Weiner, creator of "Mad Men" and Emmy-winning producer, and his wife architect Linda Brettler sold their Spanish-style residence in the Fairfax area for $1.725 million. The 1933 two-story home spans 3,525 square feet and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gated courtyard, archways, balcony, wood-paneled den, and backyard swimming pool. The sale was handled by Leah Brenner and Naomi Hartman of Coldwell Banker's Hancock Park South office. The couple sold the property because they purchased another house in the same area.
