Blackstone Inc. purchased the Stanly Ranch resort in Napa for $195 million, following the previous owner's default on a $243.6 million construction loan. The foreclosure auction was postponed to March 27. Blackstone's senior managing director expressed excitement about the acquisition, highlighting the resort's potential to benefit from increasing demand for wellness and experiential travel. Auberge Resorts will continue to manage the property, which opened in April 2022 and is one of the largest luxury lodgings in the region.
