"A Holmby Hills mansion tied to a business management firm to the stars topped last week's additions to the local high-end inventory. That's according to the weekly report compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman's Eklund Gomes team, which counts new active listings and homes under contract in Los Angeles County. The Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles factors in only homes listed in the Multiple Listing Service with an asking price of at least $4 million."
"Maple Living is managed by Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, according to records obtained through PropertyShark. The West Hollywood firm represents actors, athletes, artists and other high-net-worth clients and has reportedly been linked to stars such as Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian in the past. Earlier this year, the company acquired Miami business management firm LRW Group for an undisclosed sum."
"The Mapleton Drive home is big on privacy with the property behind 12-foot-tall gates and a guard house with its own kitchen and bathroom. In all, the home counts seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms with a chef's kitchen, bar, pool cabanas and home theater. Among last week's signed contracts was a Malibu home that claimed the No. 1 spot in the Eklund Gomes report, with a listing price of $7.5 million, or $2,707 per square foot."
Listings counted include only properties listed in the Multiple Listing Service with asking prices of at least $4 million. The resort-inspired estate at 145 North Mapleton Drive is asking $48 million, about $3,127 per square foot. The property totals over 15,000 square feet on nearly an acre and last traded in 2020 for $36.5 million, or $2,378 per square foot. The buyer was a limited liability company called Maple Living, managed by Tri Star Sports & Entertainment. Tri Star represents actors, athletes and other high-net-worth clients and acquired Miami business management firm LRW Group earlier this year. The home features extensive privacy, seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
