The restored 6,488-square-foot home features seven bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a multi-room master suite, screening room, Batchelder tile fireplaces, and maid's quarters. The half-acre grounds include walking paths, a guesthouse, and swimming pool. Goldwyn, who died in 1974 at age 94, co-founded Paramount and Goldwyn Pictures, later becoming Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, and produced acclaimed films including "The Best Years of Our Lives" and "Guys and Dolls." The property previously sold in 2005 for $4.9 million.
