The Spanish Colonial Revival-style home, built in 2003, spans 5,661 square feet and features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a grand foyer, library, and cook's kitchen with hardwood and limestone flooring. Outdoor amenities include a loggia, fireplace, pool, spa, and detached guesthouse with an en-suite bedroom. Couples acquired the property in April 2012 from former Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy for $4.557 million. The sale closed this month with representation from Sotheby's International Realty agents David Vertlieb and Alisa Peterson.
