Sides and his wife simultaneously sold their Encino home for $1.8 million, which was previously owned by actor Ephrem Zimbalist Jr. from 1958 to 1995. Fawcett maintains another three-bedroom L.A.-area home listed at $1.65 million and is considering relocating to smaller quarters in the region.
