United Teams Up With Netflix's 'Chef's Table' for Elevated In-flight Dining From 11 Global Chefs

United Airlines is collaborating with Chef's Table, the Emmy Award-winning Netflix documentary series, to introduce 10 new inflight dining experiences in Polaris international business class beginning August 1. The program features 11 renowned chefs from four continents, each creating menus representing their respective hub cities and international departure locations. Each chef designs an appetizer, salad, and entrée reflecting their culinary expertise and regional cuisine. The initiative includes acclaimed chefs such as Nancy Silverton in Los Angeles, Fariyal Abdullahi in New York and Newark, Jenner Tomaska in Chicago, and international culinary leaders including Tomos Parry in London, Manu Buffara in São Paulo, and Tashi Gyamtso in Tokyo. This city-specific approach aims to connect inflight dining more meaningfully to departure locations, elevating the passenger experience through world-class culinary offerings.
