Lindsay Lohan, now 39, is promoting her sequel to "Freaky Friday," titled "Freakier Friday." She has relocated permanently to Dubai with her family, seeking a stress-free lifestyle away from Hollywood. Lohan appreciates the privacy and security this city provides, allowing her to live normally without constant attention from paparazzi. In Dubai, it is illegal to take someone's photo without permission, which she noted is a stark contrast to Los Angeles. This legal protection enhances her sense of safety while enjoying outings with her husband and son.
Lindsay Lohan stated, "It's just far away from Hollywood, and I live a very normal life. There's no worry of like, I can't go eat at this place 'cause someone's gonna take a picture of my son. And it's just, I feel very safe."
Lohan emphasized, "You can't take a picture of someone else if you're in a restaurant. You have to ask the person, which is a big difference from here."
Lohan explained to host Kelly Ripa that Dubai's laws surrounding privacy make her feel safer, sharing that "privacy is key."
