Kyle Tucker Trying To 'Do My Part' In First Season With Dodgers
"This organization, obviously, the last couple of years has done pretty well. So I think that's a huge part of the front office, and them doing their part and trying to get a great group together, just great people and great athletes, and then try and just put the best product out on field for the city of Los Angeles and the fans."
"I try and go out and play my game, regardless of the situation. So I just try and do my part here and do the same that I've done every other year."
Kyle Tucker joined the Los Angeles Dodgers on a four-year, $240 million deal, reinforcing an already dominant lineup that includes Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, Will Smith, Max Muncy, and Teoscar Hernández. Tucker preferred joining the Dodgers to avoid being the primary star on a team. Coming off a strong 2025 season with the Chicago Cubs where he batted .266 with 22 home runs and 73 RBIs, Tucker earned his fourth consecutive All-Star selection and second Silver Slugger Award. He is a former Gold Glove winner with three top-20 MVP finishes, including a fifth-place AL finish in 2023 with Houston.
