Freddie Freeman open to finding balance with rest and remaining in Dodgers lineup
Briefly

Freddie Freeman was placed on the 10-day injured list due to a sprained right ankle, stemming from an at-home accident. This time off gave him valuable perspective and he expressed gratitude for the chance to recover. After returning, Freeman felt better than he had previously since his injury. Although aware of potential challenges, he's determined to play every game, balancing his competitive spirit with a smarter approach to managing his health moving forward.
"It actually was very valuable," he said upon returning from the injured list. "I've admitted it over this week to the Dodgers that I'm very thankful. I feel the best I've felt since I got hurt."
"For me, I'm going to be full bore," Freeman said. "We haven't had any conversations (about potential rest). I do feel really good and in my mind, I'm playing every game."
