Dodgers Make Roster Move, Recall Starting Pitcher From Triple-A
Briefly

The Los Angeles Dodgers have recalled left-handed pitcher Justin Wrobleski from Triple-A Oklahoma City following an optioning of right-hander J.P. Feyereisen. Wrobleski is seen as a looming reinforcement for a struggling Dodgers rotation, despite having a difficult first stint in the majors where he posted an ERA of 14.40. His previous performance included eight earned runs over five innings against the Nationals, leaving him frustrated but determined to improve in his second opportunity with the big league team.
Wrobleski's outing was less than ideal as he allowed eight earned runs across five innings pitched against the Washington Nationals. "For whatever reason today, the stuff just didn't feel great," Wrobleski said after the game in April.
The left-hander rejoins the big league team with a 14.40 ERA and 2.200 WHIP because of his poor start. The hope is that Wrobleski's second stint in the majors this season is better than before.
