Mourinho, who previously led Inter to European glory in 2010, humorously acknowledged his pride in the treble achieved that year but is now rooting for Inter to triumph in this final, especially now that they can't replicate his treble success. He also commended PSG’s Luis Enrique for his transformative work with the team.

But now that they lost the championship [Serie A] and the Italian Cup [Coppa Italia], I would love for them to win the Champions League.
Luis Enrique is doing an amazing job in Paris. He transformed the team. He lost, let's say their 'number one player', but they rebuilt [the team] in a fantastic way.
