The Joint Venture will retrain, test, and update the content recommendation algorithm using U.S. user data. The content recommendation algorithm will be secured within Oracle's U.S. cloud environment. Retraining, testing, and securing the algorithm in the United States isolates its development and operation from foreign-adversary influence and confines data processing and algorithmic control to U.S.-based infrastructure.
