The town is completing $500,000 in security upgrades funded through a Town Board-approved bond before restoring public access. Hackers breached the servers on Nov. 24, prompting the shutdown and ongoing security work. Supervisor Al Krupski and the town Information Technology department could not provide an estimated timeline for when Laserfiche access will be restored when contacted on Jan. 12. Public access will remain withheld until upgrades and security measures are finished.
