NTT leaks data 18,000 companies and will not notify them personally

Although hackers were locked out on February 6, an investigation revealed their continued presence in NTT's network until February 15. Notably, NTT communicated the incident minimally and did not provide personal notifications to affected customers, which raises concerns about transparency and customer service during the breach.
