The comedy follows Matarazzo's character Jack and his friend Monty, college students seeking excitement. After comedian Sarah Sherman introduces them to an experimental drug called Mints, they become swallowed by a monster and enter a surreal journey. Believing pizza will alleviate their intense hallucinations, the pair quest to obtain it while encountering bizarre obstacles and head explosions. The film features an ensemble cast including Sean Giambrone, Lulu Wilson, and others. Matarazzo serves as executive producer, with Brian McElhaney and Nick Kocher directing.
