Weekly Desi Comedy Night showcases Bay Area comedians of Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi, Afghan, and South Asian descent alongside comics of Asian heritage. Shows run every Friday and Saturday at 7pm and 9pm at a secret venue near Hayes Valley/Civic Center in San Francisco. First 100 people to RSVP receive free tickets via Eventbrite; additional attendees must RSVP separately and the door price is $25 without RSVP. Maximum two comp tickets per person, donations appreciated, and most shows enforce a two-drink minimum to support bar and staff. Lineups rotate weekly and feature established local performers.
