"Once a week, in the late hours of what used to be "not considered late," a group of degenerates and misfits gather to perform a seance unlike anything seen before. So comically evil that you may get sick to your stomach. The Ritual will be improvised, gut wrenchingly funny, with a tinge of fuckery. While you can just sit there and enjoy the show, you are welcome to participate should you so choose. Volunteers and volunteers only!!!"
"Have a drink during the show or come early to hangout. We serve beer, wine, and pre-mixed cocktails. As we do not have a kitchen, our food is limited to pre-packaged snacks. You are welcome to eat outside food in our lobby. Only our concessions are allowed to be consumed in the theater. Disclaimer: Please double check event information with the event organizer as events can be canceled, details can change after they are added to our calendar, and errors do occur."
A late-night weekly show presents an improvised comedy seance blending dark humor, shock value, and audience participation. Performers improvise a 'Ritual' that mixes gut-wrenching comedy with deliberate irreverence. Five times during each show, random topics are drawn and audience volunteers may share embarrassing, awkward, or cringeworthy stories to complete a ritualistic pentagram. The event runs Fridays at 10:15pm at Endgames Improv Theater & Bar in San Francisco, close to 24th Street BART. Drinks are available; only pre-packaged snacks are sold. Attendees are advised to verify event details with the organizer because cancellations and changes can occur.
