Anna Keay has been confirmed as the official biographer of Queen Elizabeth II. She will conduct interviews with royal family members and the late queen's friends and servants. Keay will have access to the monarch's personal and official papers in the royal archives. With a background in the British monarchy, she has authored several historical books. King Charles specifically sought a female author for this role. Keay expressed her gratitude for the opportunity and the responsibility of writing the biography.
