The election begins April 1, with completed ballots accepted until 5 p.m. on May 19. Harvard degree holders may vote online or by paper ballot to fill six anticipated vacancies on the Board of Overseers and six openings among HAA elected directors."

Voting for Harvard's Board of Overseers and Harvard Alumni Association elected directors will take place April 1–May 19, with ballots accepted online or by paper. Six anticipated Overseer vacancies and six HAA director openings will be filled, plus one additional Overseer seat to complete an unexpired term following Vikas Sukhatme's resignation. All Harvard degree holders as of Jan. 1 may vote for HAA directors, and all degree holders except officers of instruction/government and Harvard Corporation members may vote for Overseer candidates. A 13-member nominating committee reviewed hundreds of prospects and nominated candidates in ballot order by lot, seeking expertise aligned with university needs.
