UConn's Azzi Fudd and Sarah Strong headline the Wooden Award midseason top-25 list announced Wednesday evening. Lauren Betts (UCLA) and Hannah Hidalgo (Notre Dame) return after earning Wooden Award All-American honors last season. South Carolina, LSU, Texas, UCLA, Tennessee, UConn and Oklahoma placed multiple players on the midseason list. Notable inclusions also include Audi Crooks, Olivia Miles and Jazzy Davidson. JuJu Watkins won the Wooden Award last season, and Caitlin Clark won it in 2023 and 2024. Players not on the midseason list remain eligible for the late-season edition and the 15-player national ballot. The All-American team will be announced the week of the Elite Eight.
