Voting for Overseers and HAA elected directors begins April 1. The Harvard Alumni Association nominating committee assembled 13 alumni, including three current or former Overseers, to identify spring 2026 candidates. The committee solicits suggestions from across the alumni community and evaluates hundreds of prospective candidates through extensive deliberations. Candidates were selected for professional accomplishments, diverse life experiences, and commitment to Harvard's academic excellence and institutional mission. The committee aims to balance the Board's present composition with future University needs and expects candidates to commit significant time to visitation processes, standing committees, advisory roles, and plenary deliberations.
