The two-time Brit Award winner has supported his mother, former health and social care worker Juliet Omoregie, with the Juliet O Foundation. St George's, Epsom and St Helier Hospitals and Health Group says it gives out free discharge packs to help patients settle back into their homes following a hospital stay."

The trust reported 219,155 emergency admissions last year in England for people aged 65 and older due to falls. Juliet Omoregie launched the charity after more than 35 years in health and social care and recently visited Epsom Hospital to launch the programme.
