Paula O'Callaghan has received a diagnosis of leukaemia and intends to fight and learn more about the medical journey. She expressed gratitude for the love and support of her husband, Gareth O'Callaghan, and her family. The couple met in March 2015 and married in September 2020 in Cork. Gareth O'Callaghan, 64, hosts a weekend show on Ireland's Classic Hits Radio and was diagnosed with multiple system atrophy in 2018, prompting retirement from full-time radio before returning to host a weekend programme in 2022. Gareth has three children from his first marriage.
