San Antonio defeated Oklahoma City 111-103 on the road in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals. Oklahoma City entered the series with reduced depth after injuries to Jalen Williams and Ajay Mitchell, leaving Shai Gilgeous-Alexander with limited offensive backcourt support. Wembanyama’s presence disrupted Oklahoma City’s offense, making turnovers and timely role-player shooting the most reliable scoring paths. Gilgeous-Alexander scored 35 points on 12-of-21 shooting, including 13 points in the second quarter on six of seven difficult jumpers. Despite his efficiency, he reached the rim only four times, matching a persistent issue from the prior six games with 37% shooting. Oklahoma City’s size advantage produced nine offensive rebounds in the first half, but only one offensive rebound in the second half compared with San Antonio’s 11.
