Heat will not see Warriors' superstar on Wednesday
"From the moment that it was scheduled, many Miami Heat fans were likely circling the Nov. 19 affair with the Golden State Warriors. A significant part of that is Jimmy Butler's return to Kaseya Center - for the second time - after the franchise traded him to the Warriors last February. But it was another opportunity for fans to see superstar guard Stephen Curry, one of the most enjoyable players in the league to watch (except if you're facing him)."
"Steph Curry is out tonight in Miami after tweaking his ankle twice on this road trip. Jimmy Butler is questionable with a lower back strain. Draymond Green and Buddy Hield are questionable with an illness. Jonathan Kuminga remains out. Al Horford is out.- Anthony Slater (@anthonyVslater) November 19, 2025"
"Need I remind folks that Miami's already dropped games to the Cleveland Cavaliers minus three stars (Evan Mobley, Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland) and the Jalen Brunson-less New York Knicks after OG Anunoby left in the first quarter."
Stephen Curry will not play in the Nov. 19 game in Miami after suffering an ankle injury in Tuesday's 121-113 loss to the Orlando Magic. Jimmy Butler is listed as questionable with a lower-back strain after playing 38 minutes in Tuesday's game. Draymond Green and Buddy Hield are questionable with illness, while Jonathan Kuminga and Al Horford are out. Golden State is 11-12 without Curry since the start of 2023-24 and 1-2 this season. Miami recently snapped a two-game losing streak and previously lost to Cleveland and a Jalen Brunson-less Knicks.
