Government inefficiency happens whether the governor is Republican or Democrat. We have to deal with that when constituents call and need help from a certain agency, and it's challenging.
One of the big ideas is looking at how we can reform government. This includes reevaluating the work-from-home movement and using technology and AI to drive down inefficiencies.
