Wrightbus has formed a partnership with German leasing provider Kazenmaier to accelerate operators' adoption of zero-emission buses through integrated leasing solutions that incorporate public funding and tailored service packages. Kazenmaier will provide leasing structures combining financial accessibility with maintenance and support offerings to help operators electrify fleets. Wrightbus secured £150 million from HSBC to expand manufacturing and expects to produce over 1,200 buses in 2025, a 20% increase on 2024. Deployments already include hydrogen and electric fleets serving Saarbahn, Cottbus, WestVerkehr, Cologne and Vestische, supported by a Brühl service hub. The deal follows a recent service partnership with Ferronordic.
