A Berlin doctor faces 15 murder charges for allegedly administering lethal doses of medication to palliative care patients between September 2021 and July 2024. Prosecutors claim he acted out of malice, giving patients unneeded anesthetic and muscle relaxants without consent. Many victims ranged from 56 to 94 years old, dying from respiratory arrest.
