Switch Online's rewind and save states can mitigate that difficulty for many players. Ninja Gaiden II offers more responsive controls and a broader skill set for protagonist Ryu, representing a significant step up from the original. The series saw Ninja Gaiden 2 Black released on Xbox Game Pass and a retro-style reimagining, Ninja Gaiden Ragebound.
