Xbox Cloud Gaming support is being added to Game Pass Core and Standard tiers for members enrolled in the Xbox Insiders program, allowing eligible users to stream cloud-playable titles from their library or the Game Pass catalog on supported devices. Microsoft is also testing access to PC versions of select titles for Xbox Insiders on lower tiers, enabling play of PC games through the subscription across Windows-based handhelds, consoles, and cloud-capable devices. The Game Pass Standard tier launched in 2024 as a console-only library with multiplayer but without day-one releases. The features are rolling out to Insiders and may expand widely later.
