Samsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra dominated searches and sales in 2025, taking the top position by a wide margin. The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max placed in the Top 5 after a significant redesign and upgraded telephoto and selfie cameras, though some users noted a scratch-prone aluminum body. Samsung's A-series showed strength across segments with the Galaxy A56 at #2, the A36 at #6 and the A16 at #9. Three 4G models — Galaxy A16 4G, Redmi Note 14 4G and Infinix Hot 50 Pro+ 4G — appeared in the Top 20, each offering OLED screens, IP54, microSD slots and similar Helio G99/G100 chipsets.
