"Asus' Zenbook A14 that debuted at last year's CES is now getting a bigger sibling for CES 2026. The new Asus Zenbook A16 is a 16-inch counterpart to refreshed Zenbook A14, both packing Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite processors. The two Zenbook A models are very similar, both sporting OLED displays, two USB 4 ports, one USB-A, 70Whr batteries, and Asus' Ceraluminum coating in earthy beige and gray tones."
"Both the Zenbook A14 and A16 are incredibly light. In some configurations the A14 weighs under 2.2 pounds / 1kg, and the A16 is just shy of 2.65 pounds / 1.2kg. The 16-inch is around the weight of the LG Gram 16, which is a laptop that's all about lightness, but the LG doesn't have an SD card slot. I called the Zenbook A14 Asus' wannabe MacBook Air when it launched last year,"
Asus introduces a 16-inch Zenbook A16 as a larger counterpart to the refreshed Zenbook A14. Both laptops use Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite processors and share OLED displays, dual USB4 ports, a USB-A port, 70Whr batteries, and Ceraluminum finishes in beige and gray. The A16 adds a higher-resolution 2880×1800 120Hz OLED that can reach 1,100 nits peak brightness and a built-in SD card slot. The A14 offers a 1920×1200 60Hz screen with 600 nits. Weight remains very light: some A14 configurations fall under 1kg, while the A16 is about 1.2kg. Availability is early-to-mid Q2 2026.
