I did, however, find that the improved processing inside the Mini Link+ enhanced contrast, colors, and sharpness, to reveal more details in a wide variety of photos, and I think that's more important to most people."

FujiFilm's Instax Mini Link+ upgrades the Instax Mini Link 3 with improved internal processing and a new Design Print mode. Design Print aims to render text and intricate illustrations more legible, but showed little improvement in testing. The Mini Link+ produced noticeably better contrast, color saturation, and perceived sharpness across a variety of photos. Prints remain small (62 x 46mm) and limited by instant film characteristics, so dramatic improvements are unrealistic. Instax Mini film costs about $30 per 20-sheet pack, and printing requires the Instax Mini Link app on iOS or Android. The app offers many features but adds workflow steps for quick printing.
