"Her team includes her daughter, and they'll utilize tools to help speak to the departed. "The gadgets going off on video and during her ghost hunting tour on this night alert to the presence of a paranormal anomaly by beeping when there is a sudden change in ambient temperature. They were at times going off in front of each group of startled ghost hunting fans."
Kym Durham conducted her first paranormal investigation at the Hurley Mansion and Scottish Rite Auditorium in Collingswood, New Jersey. The preserved Gilded Age mansion and large auditorium served as investigation sites sponsored by the Collingswood Civic Collective. Durham worked with a family-run paranormal team that includes her daughter and follows her mother Joan's Paranormal Investigations and Studies. The team used tools such as REM pods and temperature-sensitive devices that beep when ambient temperature suddenly changes. Durham reported sensing a presence identified as Mr. Hurley upstairs and auditorium workers downstairs, while gadgets repeatedly signaled anomalies on video and during tours.
