Durham worked with a family-run paranormal team that includes her daughter and follows her mother Joan's Paranormal Investigations and Studies. The team used tools such as REM pods and temperature-sensitive devices that beep when ambient temperature suddenly changes. Durham reported sensing a presence identified as Mr. Hurley upstairs and auditorium workers downstairs, while gadgets repeatedly signaled anomalies on video and during tours.
