Customers must buy the phone on a monthly payment plan, pay applicable sales tax and a $35 device connection charge, and add a new line to receive up to $1,000 back through 24 monthly bill credits. T-Mobile also offers up to $600 off select Razr and Google Pixel models via the same bill-credit structure.
